Along Olona: the water become art

When school and art meet

From a collaboration between the Municipality and the Art School Dell'Acqua of Legnano, some graffiti on the theme of water have enriched a little lived corner of the city.

Born from a collaboration between the art school of the Istituto Tecnico Carlo Dell'Acqua of Legnano and the Municipality, a project of school-work alternation has led to the realization, in several stages, of a series of murals and drawings on the theme of water, declined in various ways, chosen among the numerous projects presented by the students, who then have made them in groups, under the guidance of teachers and municipal offices. Some captions help explain the artistic and thematic choices made. The redevelopment project of the area comes from a winning proposal of the Participatory Budget, formulated by a class of the surveyors section of the same Institute.
