Description
Where the most Gallic of the drinks is served
Galletto
Mill has been transformed into a brewery restaurant. The
community that lived three thousand years ago on the
terrace of the Olona River belonged to the "Culture of
Canegrate" and cultivated the fertile valley of Olona
River. The most curious feature of the graves of this
culture is undoubtedly the deposition of glasses with
inside the residues of a substance that turned out to be
beer made of barley, oats, rye, conifers and hops.
