Description
Where
the mountain cows settled in the plain
Cascina
Bergamina (Bergamina farmstead): the building dates back
at least to 1722 (it's represented in the maps of the
Teresian Cadastre) and contains columns and capitals of a
prior epoque, coming from an older building. The analysis
of the attics reveals two building phases. The lowered
brick vaults in layer of which consolidation requested
lots of accurated calculations are very interesting. The
refurbishment has highlighted the brick and pebble
building hangings. The consolidation works were executed
in 1992, in 2004 and in 2007.
The farmstead is immersed in the green of the perennial
grasslands.
