Description
The
isle with a river around it
The
islet is a dounle river island, former host of the
ancient Corvini mill of which there are still the
remains of the water distruction mouths and a
grindstone. Around the isle there are areas that are
flooded in case of overflow.
A project for the red-backed shrike. The red-backed shrike was at once time very common. Nowadays in the park there is only one nesting couple. We have created new stable meadows, hedges and wetlands to support the red-backed shrike and many other species of animals.
