The italian ecomuseums want to take the opportunity of the General Conference of ICOM in Milan to invite to partecipate in a special programme of debates and visits all the colleagues who deal with community projects of the management of the cultural heritage for the local devolopment.
This is the programme: Wednesday
6th July - Forum open to all the ICOM 2016
General Conference participants interested by the New
Museology and the community Museology.
July 7th offsite meeting of the ecomuseums and community museums in Politecnico di Milano.
Friday 8th July-group visits to
ecomuseums in the Milan and sub-alpine lakes areas.
Foreign ecomuseum and community museum professionals are
invited by their Italian collagues to visit them (one to
three days), during the following periods: from the

three years the General Conference of ICOM gathe the

The Ecomuseum of Parabiago has illustrated, at the international meeting organized by ICOM in Brescia, the activity of the italian and lombard ecomuseums on the theme of the general ICOM conference scheduled in 2016 in Milano "Museums and cultural landscapes".
